How can I make a complaint? Plus

To make a complaint regarding an online purchase, please contact info@houseofdisaster.com - We are sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with provided service.

Are you offering any promotional codes and vouchers? Plus

We display any promotional codes and vouchers through our website and social media channels. If the promotion or voucher is not seen on any of our platforms, it won’t be valid.

Is my personal information kept private? Plus

California Proposition 65 Plus

We make this warning as a result of Proposition 65, the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, which requires us to inform citizens in California about exposures to certain chemicals. WARNING: Products sold on this site may expose you to chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm.

LEAD

Some of our products such as wallets, purses, handbags, phone accessories, totes, clothing, jewellery, accessories, homewares or shoes made of vinyl or imitation leather may contain traces amounts of lead. In accordance with Proposition 65, we issue the following warning to our California customers: "WARNING: These product(s) can expose you to chemicals including lead or DINP, which is known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm."

Can I track my order? Plus

Yes, when your order is dispatched you will receive an email or text message from our carrier which will contain tracking information.

Do you ship overseas? Plus

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

How long will it take to get my order? Plus

It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 3-5 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 4-7 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

What shipping carriers do you use? Plus

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

Refunds & Returns
Can I return my product? Plus

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. You have 14 days to return the item. Read returns policy

Do I need to pay for return? Plus

Can I track my order? Plus

Yes, when your order is dispatched you will receive an email or text message from our carrier which will contain tracking information.

Can I cancel my order? Plus

You can cancel your purchase within 6 hours via our help centre system or by contacting info@houseofdisaster.com. Please keep in mind that we are unable to cancel orders once they have been dispatched.

I didn’t receive an order confirmation email, has my order been accepted? Plus

Sometimes our emails are filed in our customers spam/junk inbox, if you haven’t received an order confirmation to your main inbox then please check your other inboxes. If the order confirmation has not been received, please contact our help desk who will be happy to tell you the status of your order.

I can’t see my order under “My Orders” on my profile, where is it? Plus

If you placed your order as a guest, you will not be able to see your order on our website or if you create an account after placing your order. We always advise our customers to create an account before placing their order, as this allows you to view the status of your order and use our help desk.

Payments
Which payment methods do you accept? Plus

PayPal, Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Delta, Maestro and Solo cards. Our website supports also Apple Pay, Google Pay and more payments methods coming soon.
