You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in resellable condition, with all tags, barcode labels and original packaging intact. Accessories should be returned in their original branded box, inside a protective outer box or postal bag.
Return postage is at your cost unless we sent the wrong item or the item is faulty. In those cases we'll refund up to £10 in postage on receipt of a valid postage receipt.

Great mug and it holds a big amount of coffee which is fantastic if you love coffee like I do. The little boat at the bottom of the mug is very cute but might snag on a teabag. More of a coffee mug but I love that!
