Lovely gloves which are warm and great quality! What let’s down HoD is their delivery contract with DPD who basically pulls up outside the house and then leaves without actually delivering the parcel so you have to go to the DPD Collection point in pouring rain!
If they want a higher rating they need to sort out their delivery company
