You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in resellable condition, with all tags, barcode labels and original packaging intact. Accessories should be returned in their original branded box, inside a protective outer box or postal bag.
Return postage is at your cost unless we sent the wrong item or the item is faulty. In those cases we'll refund up to £10 in postage on receipt of a valid postage receipt.
Online orders can't be returned in store.

I haven't used them yet, but they're soft and warm, very pretty with this embroidery and the moon detail on the finger part, although it doesn't work to turn on the phone.
These gloves are really nice and feel amazing, the velvet interior is super soft and the designs look really pretty
