You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in resellable condition, with all tags, barcode labels and original packaging intact. Accessories should be returned in their original branded box, inside a protective outer box or postal bag.

Return postage is at your cost unless we sent the wrong item or the item is faulty. In those cases we'll refund up to £10 in postage on receipt of a valid postage receipt.

Online orders can't be returned in store.

Quick delivery. The cup is fine. Sadly however the gift box the cup is in is tatty torn in places and marked - looks as though it’s been dragged out of a damp bin ☹️ which is a shame as this is a gift for someone. Otherwise fab!

Looks nice but quality iffy

I have two cups from this company that are about 8 year old and wanted to get some more. Unfortunately I've returned this recent purchase as quality is nowhere near as good as my old cups. Very pretty decoration and great size but there was a small chip and a few bubbles in the glaze. Cup is also reallu heavy and rim is very thick. I was very disappointed. Customer service have been very good helping with the return.

Fox and secret garden cups

Bought this as a gift for a friend. Always a gamble buying anything online but I was really delighted with this cup as indeed my friend was. It was beautifully packaged in its own box which in itself is of very good quality and the cup itself is beautiful. I have now bought another cup for a different friend and I shall be leaving the same review as i am as equally as happy with that purchase as I am with this one. I would recommend and am happy to give 5 stars. Thank you.

Hiding fox in a chunky cup

What An adorable hidden fox surrounded by beautiful flowers going around the very large cup. My niece wanted a tea cup for loose teas, I’d say this is also more suited for soups too due to the size. The hidden fox lying in the centre is adorable & flowers surrounding the cup delicate. Pity it doesn’t have a saucer, for the price it is you’d hope there would be one
