You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in resellable condition, with all tags, barcode labels and original packaging intact. Accessories should be returned in their original branded box, inside a protective outer box or postal bag.

Return postage is at your cost unless we sent the wrong item or the item is faulty. In those cases we'll refund up to £10 in postage on receipt of a valid postage receipt.

Online orders can't be returned in store.

Loved the front of this mirror but was a bit disappointed the fact that inside the compact the mirror itself was marked.

Just so you know – there is a protective film inside the compact mirror that often looks like a mark or smudge, but it’s actually meant to protect the mirror surface in transit and should be peeled off before you start using the mirror. If that film has already been removed and you’re still seeing a mark, then please let us know and we’ll be very happy to investigate further for you.
