You can return or exchange your order within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in resellable condition, with all tags, barcode labels and original packaging intact. Accessories should be returned in their original branded box, inside a protective outer box or postal bag.
Return postage is at your cost unless we sent the wrong item or the item is faulty. In those cases we'll refund up to £10 in postage on receipt of a valid postage receipt.
Online orders can't be returned in store.

Gives a lovely warm light glow. A bit smaller than I thought it was going to be but it is super sweet and we are going to call it the story squirrel as we will use it when we read our bedtime stories. Thank you
